To our editorial office came a reader, who passed on information circulating among residents. It reportedly suggested that Orka could eventually become the private property of the owners of the Ibis hotel.
We decided to verify these reports at the source. We asked the City Office spokesperson whether the municipal authorities were conducting or planning any actions related to transferring Orka to a private investor.
The response was unequivocal: “No.”
For now, the office therefore denies that any such actions are being carried out or that there are plans to change the ownership of the facility.
