During the June session of the Bolesławiec County Council, councillors will vote on a draft resolution concerning financial assistance for municipalities in Bolesławiec County. The document states:
Financial assistance in the form of a targeted grant is provided to the following municipalities in Bolesławiec County:
- The Municipality of Bolesławiec in the amount of PLN 60,000.00 (in words: sixty thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the 32nd Ceramic Festival in Bolesławiec;
- The Municipality of Bolesławiec in the amount of PLN 25,000.00 (in words: twenty-five thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the Municipal Harvest Festival in 2026;
- The Municipality of Gromadka in the amount of PLN 8,000.00 (in words: eight thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the Municipal Harvest Festival in 2026;
- The Municipality of Nowogrodziec in the amount of PLN 24,000.00 (in words: twenty-four thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the Municipal Harvest Festival in 2026;
- The Municipality of Osiecznica in the amount of PLN 12,000.00 (in words: twelve thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the Municipal Harvest Festival in 2026;
- The Municipality of Warta Bolesławiecka in the amount of PLN 14,000.00 (in words: fourteen thousand zlotys 00/100), for the organization of the Municipal Harvest Festival in 2026.
The justification further emphasizes:
Pursuant to Article 216(2)(5) of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances, the County’s budget expenditures may be allocated to financial assistance for other local government units, determined by a separate resolution adopted by the governing body of the local government unit.
