As reported by the Jelenia Góra prosecutor’s office: The charges concern the period from August 2025 to January 25, 2026. During this time, Brajan W., acting for financial gain, repeatedly supplied other people with marijuana, totaling 290 grams. Meanwhile, Adrian B., between January 1, 2020 and January 2026, sold other people a total of 220 grams of this narcotic substance.
Furthermore, on January 26, 2026, officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters searched the residential and utility premises used by Brajan W. During the proceedings, they discovered and secured narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the form of 60 MDMA tablets, approximately 0.7 grams of methamphetamine, 22.35 grams of cocaine, 59.09 grams of mushrooms containing psilocybin, and approximately 1,990 grams of cannabis herb other than fiber hemp.
Consequently, Brajan W. was also charged with possessing a significant quantity of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
The offenses with which the defendants have been charged carry a sentence of one to 10 years’ imprisonment.
The men did not admit to committing the offenses with which they were charged. One of them gave an explanation.
Brajan W. had previously been convicted, while Adrian B. will stand trial for the first time.
