The arrest resulted from actions carried out by detectives from the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. Officers suspected that the 30-year-old might possess prohibited substances. Consequently, a search was conducted at the premises occupied by the man.

During the operation, police found a bag containing a crystalline substance and a bottle containing more than 20 bags of dried plant material. The secured materials were analyzed by a forensic technician.

It was established that the substances were methamphetamine and marijuana. Both substances were secured as evidence for further proceedings.

The detainee was charged with drug possession as a repeat offender. This means that, as a person who has returned to criminal activity, he may face more severe criminal liability than an offender with no prior convictions.

The court will decide the 30-year-old’s further fate. Investigators are currently carrying out additional activities in the case.
