At the beginning of the session, congratulations were extended to Aneta Ćwieluch – director and instructor of the theatre studio at the Stanisław Wyspiański Youth Cultural Centre in Bolesławiec – on being awarded the honorary “Distinguished for Polish Culture” badge. The distinction is an expression of recognition for her commitment and contribution to the development and dissemination of culture.

Next, Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak presented the most important activities of the County Board, as well as his own initiatives carried out between sessions.

The State County Sanitary Inspector in Bolesławiec presented information on the state of sanitary safety in the county in 2025, discussing, among other things, inspection activities and the epidemiological situation. Subsequently, the County Construction Supervision Inspector presented an assessment of the condition of buildings and compliance with construction law by investors and users over the past year.

In the resolution-making part of the session, the County Council adopted decisions concerning, among other things:

  • delegating councillors to the Security and Order Commission,
  • determining the tasks and allocation of funds from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities for 2026,
  • the merger of the Bolesławiec Healthcare Centre with the Independent Public Healthcare Institution Health Centre in Kunice,
  • amending the Bolesławiec County budget for 2026,
  • amending the Bolesławiec County multi-annual financial forecast.
