In mid-June this year, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec filed an indictment against Tomasz B. In the past, the 28-year-old had been convicted, among other offenses, of robbery and rape (he served only part of his sentence). This time, investigators brought five charges against him, including fraud, criminal threats, robbery and rape, which the man allegedly committed on 2 April this year.
At the beginning of April, B. was temporarily detained. During the trial, the 28-year-old will also answer for fleeing from the police and using violence against a public official.
In the interest of the victims, the prosecutor’s office is not providing detailed information about the case. Tomasz B. faces up to 15 years in prison.
