The District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec has acquired seven new police cars, which will begin service throughout Bolesławiec County in the coming days. The headquarters: – This is a significant reinforcement of the fleet that will improve residents’ safety and officers’ working conditions.

Where did the money come from?

Three vehicles were provided as part of the Police’s central purchase. The remaining four police cars were purchased with co-financing from local governments, which actively support efforts to improve safety in the region.

Among the new vehicles was an unmarked Audi purchased with support from the Bolesławiec County Office. The key was handed over by Bolesławiec County head Tomasz Gabrysiak. The car will be available to officers in Bolesławiec.

The fleet also gained three marked Kia Sportage police cars. The police car co-financed by the Municipality and Town of Nowogrodziec will serve officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec. The handover was attended by Nowogrodziec mayor Joanna Świder.

Another marked police car, co-financed by Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality, was handed over by mayor Mirosław Haniszewski. The vehicle will go to officers from the Police Post in Warta Bolesławiecka.

The key to the third marked Kia Sportage police car was handed over by Ryszard Kawka, head of Gromadka Municipality Ryszard Kawka. The car will be used by police officers from the Police Post in Gromadka.
