The incident occurred on February 7. The firefighters:

(...) at 9:50 a.m., the duty officer at the command post of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a report requesting assistance for the owner in lifting a horse in Brennik.

Upon arriving at the scene, the officers determined that the animal had undergone surgery and needed to be lifted into a standing position and led out of the stable. The reason? Remaining in a lying position for too long posed a threat to its life.

The firefighters lifted the animal using ropes and straps. The operation was made more difficult by the horse’s considerable weight—over 850 kg.

The firefighters summed it up:

👉We are always there wherever help is needed—it doesn’t matter whether the lives of people 🧍or animals 🐴 are at risk.
