Icy conditions warning for Bolesławiec County from February 8

The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued a first-degree warning for icy conditions, which will take effect at midnight from Saturday to Sunday and remain in force until 6:00 p.m. Forecasts indicate that wet road and pavement surfaces may freeze after rain, sleet and wet snow, potentially creating very dangerous conditions. The probability of this phenomenon is as high as 80 percent, while ground-level temperatures will locally fall below zero. Drivers and pedestrians should exercise particular caution—the conditions may deteriorate rapidly during the night.

In the first-degree warning for Bolesławiec County, we read:

Wet road and pavement surfaces are forecast to freeze after rain, sleet and wet snow, causing them to become icy. The minimum temperature will range from -2°C to 1°C, with the minimum ground-level temperature locally around -1°C. The highest temperature will occur before noon, followed by a gradual drop of 2°C during the day.
