5 February 2026 at the Civil Registry Office in Nowogrodziec, a ceremony was held to present Medals for Long Marital Life. It was a special event honoring couples whose shared lives, love and mutual devotion serve as a beautiful example for future generations.
The honorees
50th Anniversary of Marital Life (Golden Anniversary):
- Kunegunda and Antoni Kopciowie,
- Kazimiera and Ryszard Zubkowie.
The Medals for Long Marital Life were awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland. On behalf of the President, the decoration ceremony was conducted by Mayor Joanna Świder, while the ceremony was co-hosted by the Head of the Civil Registry Office.
