On the orders of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, on 26 January 2026, a 23-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County suspected of possessing and providing other persons – for financial gain – with a significant quantity of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances was detained.

– As a result of the search of the premises occupied by him, more than 2 kg of a narcotic drug in the form of cannabis herb other than fibrous hemp, as well as psychotropic substances in the form of: 113 grams of MDMA, more than 22 grams of cocaine, 11.69 grams of hashish, and 0.83 grams of methamphetamine – says Ewa Węglarowicz-Makowska from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra.

After being brought to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the suspect was charged.

The man did not admit to committing the crimes of which he was accused. He refused to give an explanation.

Spokesperson: – The crimes of which he is accused are punishable by imprisonment from 1 to 10 years.

At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, our court ordered the 23-year-old’s temporary detention for three months.

The detention was the result of a joint investigation by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec and the local County Police Headquarters.
