40-year-old Agnieszka T., charged by the prosecution with beating, abusing and raping her teenage daughter, has been found guilty and sentenced to seven years in prison without suspension. The judgment was issued on Wednesday by the Regional Court in Jelenia Góra. The judgment is not final. The woman herself never admitted guilt. She maintained that her daughter had made everything up.
– We are waiting for the written reasons for the judgment. We will then also file an appeal – attorney Katarzyna Cupiał, Agnieszka T.'s defense counsel, tells the nationwide news portal.
