As the police report:
A resident of Bolesławiec County, driving a BMW, hit a barrier.
The officers confiscated his driving licence and the vehicle's registration certificate. The perpetrator also had blood taken for testing.

The incident occurred on 9 January. Bolesławiec firefighters:
(...) at 🕒 3:11 p.m., a report of an accident on National Road No. 94, at kilometre 42, was received by the Command Post of the Poviat Commander of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec.
They added:
Upon the JRG🚒 unit's arrival at the scene, the information from the report was confirmed. The unit's operations consisted of securing the scene, disconnecting the vehicle's battery and providing qualified first aid to the injured person🩹.
And they emphasise: – The road is currently impassable.
The police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. The officers appeal for caution and prudence on the road.
