In the morning, officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec detained a road offender. The 44-year-old resident of Osiecznica gmina was driving despite a three-year driving ban imposed by the District Court in Bolesławiec and a decision revoking his driving licence.
For violating the ban, the man faces up to 5 years in prison, as well as an extension of the period during which he will be unable to drive vehicles.
