As reported by the Lwówek police:
The past weekend once again showed how dangerous alcohol behind the wheel is. Police officers from Lwówek County intervened as many as three times in cases involving drivers who decided to drive while intoxicated.
The infamous record-holder among them turned out to be the driver of a Volkswagen Passat, a 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who was driving with more than 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his system. The Lwówek officers:
The vehicle was seized, and the driver lost his driving licence.
And they add:

Every intoxicated driver poses a danger not only to themselves but also to other road users.
And they add: – We appeal for common sense and responsibility – if you have been drinking, do not get behind the wheel. Choose safe solutions and react when you see a threat. Together, we can help ensure safety on our roads.
