In the summer of 2024, the perpetrator committed other sexual acts against a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old girl. – Then, fearing that the victims would tell their parents about the incident and that the parents would notify law enforcement authorities, he threatened both girls with murder, seeking in this way to force them to remain silent – says Ewa Węglarowicz-Makowska, press spokesperson for the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra.
She adds: – After the suspect was brought by Police officers to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, he was charged with molesting minors under the age of 15 and forcing them, through an unlawful threat, to remain silent and thus not notify the Police of the incident.
The suspect did not admit to committing the alleged offenses. He gave an explanation.
