The District Prosecutor in Jelenia Góra, in order to avoid any allegations concerning a lack of impartiality in the proceedings being conducted (...) decided to transfer this investigation for further handling to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec.
What happened? It is not known at this point. The results of the histopathological examinations are not yet available. The spokesperson said:
The waiting time for them will be several weeks.
