Two long-serving employees of the Municipality Office (an inspector and a secretary) were dismissed by the municipality’s new authorities. Disagreeing with the decision, both women took the matter to court. And both won.
The rulings are not final. Bolesławiec Municipality, as we have managed to establish, has already filed an appeal against the earlier ruling (the secretary’s case). The Municipality also intends to appeal the ruling concerning the inspector, which was issued at the end of November.
