The incident occurred on November 6, before 8:00 p.m., in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. The woman driving the car lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a roadside streetlight.
It turned out that the perpetrator was completely drunk, with more than two per mille of alcohol in her system.
The resident of Bolesławiec County was detained. She faces up to three years in prison.
