Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection on the road between Gromadka and Wierzbowa. The Bolesławiec police headquarters reports:

The driver was a 22-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.

A check of police databases showed that the driver already had convictions on his record. The officers explain: – By driving the vehicle, the 22-year-old committed an offence because he had three court-imposed driving bans issued by the District Court in Lubin.

Breaking a court-imposed driving ban is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
