During the intervention, police officers found methamphetamine on the man. More drugs were secured while searching his apartment. A test conducted by a police technician confirmed that the substance secured in the premises consisted of several dozen portions of marijuana.
Possession of narcotic drugs is punishable by up to 3 years in prison, and the arrested man already has a drug-related offense on his record.
Police remind the public that possession of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is prohibited and entails criminal liability.
