5 September 2025 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, the 2025 Polish Firefighters’ Technical Rescue Championships took place. Firefighters from Bolesławiec:
Firefighters from all over Poland, as well as a team from the Czech Republic, competed in demanding events based on realistic simulations of road incidents. Each scenario recreated real accidents in which not only mastery of rescue techniques was crucial, but also qualified first aid.
The competition involved carrying out a rescue operation as quickly and effectively as possible: from securing the scene, through evacuating the injured, to providing them with the necessary medical assistance. Both speed and precision mattered.
And they add:
We are proud to announce that the Lower Silesian Voivodeship was represented by a team from our unit. Our representatives demonstrated tremendous skill, determination and excellent teamwork, taking 8th place in the overall classification. This is a solid result that confirms the high level of training of Lower Silesian firefighters.
They also add:
We would like to sincerely thank:
- the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Fire Service Commander for the great trust placed in us to represent Lower Silesian firefighters;
