The incident took place last week in Germany. As reported by lwowecki.info:

A truck with a trailer arrived at the loading bay of one of the large warehouses in Görlitz. (…)

It looked like a vehicle belonging to one of the Polish companies from the border region, which had repeatedly collected goods from that warehouse.

The driver handed the warehouse workers a set of documents. After examining the paperwork, they released the goods. The Lwówek-based outlet reports: – The trailer was loaded to the ceiling. The driver got into the tractor unit and drove away.

The newspaper continues: – And there would have been nothing unusual about it if, a moment later, another truck had not arrived at the loading bay with documents from the same Polish recipient, claiming that it was the one supposed to collect the goods.

The police were called. They are not yet providing details of the case. / Anja Leuschner from the Görlitz police:

The Görlitz Police Investigation Department is investigating the fraudulent acquisition of a truckload (the so-called fake carrier or phantom carrier scheme). Links to other similar crimes are being investigated in Saxony and throughout Germany.
