We wrote about the fines on Spacerowa Street in July in the article Increased Municipal Police Checks at the New Swimming Pools in Bolesławiec. Because of numerous reports from readers concerned about Municipal Police patrols at the new swimming pools, we asked the Municipal Police whether fines would be issued for parking cars in the green area in front of the water park.

– We began such activities on Monday, June 30, also at the new swimming pools on Spacerowa Street – Kamila Chalewicz-Pudłowska reported in July after our inquiry. – In connection with these checks, Municipal Police officers did not issue fines for parking on the grass.

The mayor shared interesting information on the subject almost two months later, at a City Council session.

– The idea of punishing these drivers came from one of the Bolesławiec activists, who became involved and spent the entire Saturday (probably July 5, when reports about Municipal Police checks began reaching the newsroom – editor’s note) informing and calling the police and Municipal Police that people were standing there (parking – editor’s note) unlawfully and had to be punished so that they would be dissatisfied after leaving the swimming pool. I will not reveal the name –

Piotr Roman told councillors on August 27.

The councillors present at the session did not react, so they presumably believed in the mysterious Bolesławiec parking activist described by the mayor. Do you believe that such a person exists?
