In the evening, emergency services were called to an incident in the area of the railway viaduct. The report concerned two teenagers present on the viaduct structure. Two fire crews arrived at the scene.
During the operation, a train passed by—the driver slowed down and carefully observed the track to make sure that the passage was safe. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Firefighters and railway workers remind people that entering railway tracks and elements of railway infrastructure, such as viaducts or bridges, is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. In such places, it is not only easy for a tragic accident to occur, but every incident also requires the services to respond and sometimes halts railway traffic.
