After 6:00 p.m., it was impossible to enter the car park under the Carrefour store on Zgorzelecka Street.
“A disaster—what is happening there,” a reader wrote. “Cars with registration plates from neighbouring counties, from Germany, from Wrocław and from across Poland are blocking the car park for residents. Thank you for such a festival,” the reader added.
Because there is no plan for accommodating tourists arriving by car, visitors park wherever there is a free space. As a result, there is no room for the shop’s customers. The number of tourists is increasing ahead of Saturday’s concert.
