Vandalism in the Przylesie housing estate.
Does this mean that vandals have targeted sports facilities again?
All that remains is to appeal to the vandals not to destroy something that is a common good, but to use their excess energy in some creative way. And to remind them that this type of act of vandalism may be punishable by imprisonment for between three months and as many as five years.
