Officers from the Traffic Division of the Bolesławiec police unit, while on night duty, stopped a passenger car in which two women were travelling. The driver was a 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
Due to the woman’s behaviour, the officers checked whether she was sober. The alcohol test was negative, while the drug test showed that the 35-year-old was under the influence of a drug.
In addition, the police patrol established that the Bolesławiec resident had been prohibited from driving since November 2023 because she was subject to a court-imposed ban lasting 3 years.
The woman, who was detained for violating the court-imposed ban and driving under the influence of drugs, faces up to 5 years in prison.
