Modern rental apartments have been built on Zwycięstwa Street. Their opening was combined with a ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of the activity of the Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego in Bolesławiec, and on that occasion a confectionery masterpiece in the shape of a building was served.

Who was invited to the refreshments? County and city authorities, councillors, CEOs and officials. The published photographs show that, remarkably for events of this kind, no one sprinkled the buildings with holy water. Could it be that a piece of cake for the good priest from the Bolesławiec parish was missing?

Those attending the ceremony could enjoy the sweet refreshments: county head Tomasz Gabrysiak, mayor Piotr Roman, head of TBS Emil Zając with his wife Agnieszka Furman-Zając, Józef Król, former mayor of Bolesławiec and longtime president of PWiK in Bolesławiec, former city secretary Jerzy Zieliński. Councillors from Kolacja Obywatelska attended: Urszula Magryś, Sylwester Łasocha, Katarzyna Rola and Grzegorz Przybylski, councillor from Forum Miasta Joanna Dudyńska, PiS councillors Teresa Szyjkowska and Dawid Sarbak, deputy mayor Robert Rzepnicki. The heads of municipal companies included Łukasz Jaźwiec (PKS), Krzysztof Basiak (MZGK), Jarosław Kowalski (ZEC) and Kazimierz Łomotowski (MZGM), as well as officials from the county office: Alicja Lech, head of the Organizational Department, and county secretary Sylwia Chruszcz, as well as head of the Municipal Guard Kamila Chalewicz-Pudłowska and Piotr Hetel, former president of the “Bolesławianka” cooperative, Agnieszka Gergont, city spokesperson, Józef Pokładek , former longtime head of the City Council, Solidarity activist Jan Filipek and Krzysztof Pańczak , head of the Architectural and Construction Department.

Two four-storey multifamily buildings have been constructed on Zwycięstwa Street, containing 44 apartments: one-room apartments (29 sq m), two-room apartments (from 41 to 61 sq m) and three-room apartments (72–78 sq m). Each unit has its own balcony or terrace and an assigned storage room. The buildings also include an above-ground parking lot for residents.
