As reported by the Bolesławiec police:
Police officers from the station in Kruszyn received a report from the vehicle’s owner about a window being smashed with a bottle. The incident occurred in a rural locality in the Warta Bolesławiecka commune while the car was parked. The damage was estimated at more than PLN 2,000.
The 21-year-old perpetrator was detained and charged. The resident of Bolesławiec County was unable to provide a rational reason for his conduct, as he committed the offence while under the influence of alcohol.
Damaging property is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
