A hailstorm over the county caused a series of disruptions and damages. Fallen trees blocked roads in Godzieszów and Kraszowice (by the bridge), hindering traffic.
In Bolesławiec, on Gdańska Street, a tree branch tore down high-voltage lines, creating a potentially dangerous situation. The storm also caused a brief failure at the electrical distribution station in Kruszyn. Parts of Bolesławiec were without power for about an hour.
In Gromadka, a health centre was flooded. In Bolesławiec itself, water flooded a basement on Wojska Polskiego Street, reaching almost half a metre. A shop on Jeleniogórska Street was also flooded.
