District police officers from the Bolesławiec police unit stopped a vehicle for inspection in the city center. The Command: – The driver's behavior raised their doubts as to whether she was sober.
The officers' suspicions proved justified – the 34-year-old got behind the wheel while under the influence of drugs, as confirmed by a drug test.
The officers immediately took the driver's license away from her. The resident of the City of Ceramics now faces up to 3 years in prison, as well as financial penalties and a long-term loss of her driving privileges.
