Based on the information gathered at the scene, the officers established that the 25-year-old had been perpetrating domestic violence for more than a year. The man repeatedly caused disturbances, issued threats and used physical and psychological violence against members of his immediate family.
The police detained the resident of Nowogrodziec municipality. Officers: – Cooperation with the Bolesławiec prosecutor’s office resulted in charges being brought against the suspect. The prosecutor imposed police supervision as a preventive measure against the aggressor. In addition, the perpetrator of domestic violence is required to leave the home shared with the victims and is prohibited from approaching or contacting the injured parties.
The aggressor faces up to five years in prison.
