A rally attended by Karol Nawrocki is taking place in Bolesławiec. Supporters of the candidate endorsed by PiS are chanting slogans, including “Don’t be afraid of Tusk!” and “The red crow will not defeat the eagle.”
Nawrocki explains what the slogan “Don’t be afraid of Tusk” means:
It has already become a rule, my dear friends, that whenever this chant appears, I turn toward the media, I see the editor and the editors, and solemnly announce that Bolesławiec is not afraid, and Lower Silesia is not afraid, of Donald Tusk. And if someone has hearing problems, they need to see an otolaryngologist.
