Drunk cyclist nearly hit by a car. He received a very high fine

The incident took place on April 23, in the evening, on the road between Jurków and Raciborowice. Reader:

(…) an intoxicated (...) cyclist was detained by a citizen that day.

As the reader told us, the man riding the bicycle nearly collided with a car. The driver of the other vehicle stopped the irresponsible cyclist.

The reader adds: – The police were called to the scene and arrived (...) at approximately 10 p.m. They prepared a report on the incident and fined the drunk man.

The Bolesławiec police station confirmed to us that such an incident had taken place. We established that the 59-year-old cyclist was riding with more than one per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath. The man was fined PLN 2,500.
