Bolesławiec police officers intervened in the case of a man who threatened his neighbor. Our police headquarters explains: – The two not only live next door to each other, but are also related.
It adds: – The resident of a rural locality in Bolesławiec municipality had previously verbally attacked the woman.
And when he began threatening to take her life, a police patrol intervened at the scene and arrested the suspect. The 41-year-old had more than 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his system.
When the man sobered up, police officers from Kruszyn brought him to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, where he was charged with making criminal threats.
The aggressor now faces up to two years in prison. The prosecutor also placed him under police supervision and issued a ban on approaching or contacting the victim.
