On 16 April 2025, a notarial deed was signed in Bolesławiec concerning the sale of two commercial premises with a total area of 352.70 m², located at 1 Maja Street 13 and 14. The premises of the former health clinic, which have just been purchased by Bolesławiec County, previously belonged to the City of Bolesławiec.
As starosta Tomasz Gabrysiak explained, the acquisition of these premises is intended to “develop and carry out the County’s own tasks in the field of health promotion and protection”. The total sale price of the premises was PLN 1,431,000.
What will be established there?
The plans for the former premises at 1 Maja Street include establishing specialist clinics, including a urology centre and one-day surgery, which will operate within the structures of SP ZOZ – Szpital św. Łukasza in Bolesławiec.
This is an extremely important step intended to increase access to specialist healthcare for residents of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area.
