In the Bolesławiec County Office, a joint meeting was held of the County Social Council for People with Disabilities operating under the Bolesławiec Starosta and the County Public Benefit Activity Council.
During the meeting, important matters concerning people with disabilities were discussed. The participants addressed the funds allocated to Bolesławiec County from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities (from the algorithm) for the implementation of tasks related to the vocational and social rehabilitation of people with disabilities in 2025.
The proposed distribution of the above-mentioned funds was discussed, taking into account the needs analysis presented by the Director of PCPR and the Deputy Director of PUP in this area. The discussion focused, among other things, on key areas requiring support.
The positively reviewed draft resolution will be submitted to the Bolesławiec County Council at its next session.
During the further part of the meeting, the County Public Benefit Activity Council reviewed and issued an opinion on the Report on the implementation of the Annual Cooperation Programme of Bolesławiec County with entities conducting public benefit activity in 2024.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange information, discuss current challenges and undertake joint actions to improve the situation of people with disabilities in Bolesławiec County.
