Bolesławiec traffic police, while patrolling the Osiecznica municipality, stopped a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old man. The police said: – The resident of Bolesławiec County ignored the court ruling imposing a driving ban on him until April 2025.
The car was handed over to its owner, who received a PLN 300 fine. As it turned out, he was aware that he was making the vehicle available to a person subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
The 38-year-old who violated the ban now faces up to five years in prison.
