Currently, this gap has clearly narrowed. After the latest price increases, the national average retail fuel prices* are: PLN 6.19/litre for 95-octane petrol and PLN 6.37/litre for diesel fuel.
In Bolesławiec, at the Orlen station on aleja Tysiąclecia**, petrol costs PLN 6.27/litre, while diesel fuel costs PLN 6.38/litre.
Let us recall that in October 2024, the difference between the average fuel prices in the country and fuel prices in Bolesławiec was over 30 groszy per litre.

Of course, fuel is expensive, and in Bolesławiec it is still more expensive than in the country/region, but recently this difference has clearly narrowed. Therefore, this can be considered moderately positive news.
