A police spokesperson explains that the report concerned a 17-year-old riding a two-wheeled vehicle. The person who reported the incident told the police that the boy was kicking other vehicles; there was also information that he was allegedly drunk and aggressive.
– Traffic officers who arrived at the scene determined that the 17-year-old riding a moped was experiencing some technical difficulties with the vehicle – explains the spokesperson for the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters Anna Kublik-Rościszewska. – The two-wheeler began jerking. Since the boy’s friend was driving a car nearby, the 17-year-old waved to signal that he should stop and help. Both drivers were sober and calm. There was no damaged vehicle at the scene – the policewoman reports.
