The incident occurred last weekend. A resident of Gryfów Śląski called the emergency number to say that he could not sleep at night because of… a snowplow clearing the roads. He stated that this was a disturbance of the nighttime quiet and demanded police intervention.
According to lwowecki.info:
(…) in situations when work is necessary for safety or the protection of property, noise generated by machinery may be considered justified. This was also deemed to be the case here, and the police declined to intervene—an intervention that could have ended with the noisy snowplow driver being fined.
