As reported by the Bezpieczna Przystań Animal Aid Foundation:

At the heart of every foundation lies the desire to help and give hope. “Bezpieczna Przystań” is more than a song—it is the hymn of our mission and the values we put into practice every day. Thanks to our collaboration with local artist Karol Wilk, a song was created that touches hearts and brings people together around a common goal: helping our feline charges.

The organization adds:

Karol Wilk wrote both the lyrics and the melody of this remarkable song with passion and commitment. “Bezpieczna Przystań” tells the story of a place full of love and acceptance, where everyone can find a friend. The artist also edited the moving video himself, featuring our feline models, photographed by the talented Dorota Skoczylas. These beautiful images of cats that have found shelter and a chance for a better life give the song even deeper meaning.

And adds:

The foundation is not only beautiful music, however. It is daily work, continuous effort and the heart we put into saving animals. Creating “Bezpieczna Przystań” was possible thanks to the help of many people—our volunteers, donors and local artists who decided to support our mission with their talents.

The song has become our calling card, a symbol of the love with which we surround every life we save. It is also an expression of gratitude to everyone who supports our work in any way. Thanks to projects like this one, we can reach a wider audience—people who may decide to open their hearts and homes to our feline friends.

“‘Bezpieczna Przystań’—a shelter for many hearts. Now you know where to look for a friend...” Let these words remind us that together we can create a world in which every life is precious. We thank everyone who contributed to the creation of this beautiful song. Together, we are changing the fate of our smaller brothers and sisters.
