Marcin Gil is a 38-year-old resident of Kraszowice, married and the father of two children, one of whom has cerebral palsy. He completed first-cycle studies in Management and Production Engineering, obtaining an engineering degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Sciences.
He is also a member of the Guild of Various Crafts in Bolesławiec, which enables him to prepare students for practical work in their profession by combining theoretical knowledge with experience gained in real working conditions.
Since 2013, in addition to his full-time job, he has run a business in the Bolesławiec municipality. He works as a Maintenance Manager at a manufacturing company in the Lwówek Śląski municipality. He won a councillor’s mandate in district 3 – Nowa Kraszowice Otok.
