The reconstruction of county road no. 2286D on the Kraśnik Dolny–Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka section has been completed. Today, the completed investment was officially accepted. Its aim was to improve the road’s technical condition, as well as the safety and comfort of its users.

The reconstruction covered a 557-meter section located within the Bolesławiec municipality. All the works carried out remained within the existing road right-of-way of the county road.
As part of the investment, the roadway was widened and a reinforcing mesh was installed. A new 4-cm-thick binder course and a 4-cm-thick wearing course were also laid. Thanks to the completed works, the road gained a new, reinforced surface and travel conditions improved.
The value of the project was PLN 506,910.68. The investment was financed equally by Bolesławiec County and the Bolesławiec municipality.
The joint implementation of the project shows that cooperation between local governments makes it possible to effectively address needs related to improving road infrastructure. The modernization of further sections of county roads remains one of the key areas of activity for Bolesławiec County.
