Police officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of the Bolesławiec Police station detained a driver in a passenger vehicle on one of the city’s streets in the middle of the night. The police: – The 26-year-old turned out to be a road offender. The man violated a driving ban issued by the District Court in Zgorzelec and a decision revoking his driving entitlements issued by the Municipal Office in Gdynia.
He adds: – In addition, the officers seized narcotic substances in the form of methamphetamine from the resident of Bolesławiec County. The 26-year-old is also suspected of having driven under the influence of drugs.
The perpetrator faces up to 5 years in prison for the offences committed.
