On 2 December 2024, the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment held a ceremony marking the Rocket Forces and Artillery Holiday.
Unit: – Subunits of the regiment, representatives of the United States Army, RON employees, representatives of the county and city authorities, and commanders of the uniformed services of the Bolesławiec garrison took part in the Artillerymen’s Holiday.
The acting commander of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment, Lt. Col. Robert Wiese, emphasized the importance of artillery in operations on the modern battlefield and thanked the soldiers for their commitment to carrying out tasks during an intensive training year.

The Mayor of Bolesławiec Piotr Roman also spoke, thanking the artillerymen for their presence in the life of the city and their service to the country’s defense, and congratulating the soldiers who had been promoted and distinguished.
