As established by the Bolesławiec police, the driver, who was being towed by another vehicle, moved into the opposite lane and hit a Mercedes. The 62-year-old perpetrator was thrown from the vehicle as a result of the collision. The man sustained, among other injuries, an arm injury and was taken to hospital.
The incident involving the two cars occurred on 2 December, at around 7:40 a.m., on national road no. 94, between Zebrzydowa and Czerna.
As reported by KP PSP Bolesławiec, two people were travelling in the vehicles. One of them was injured.
The road is closed in both directions.
