Moreover, the other drivers “admiring” the display did not escape punishment either. A 21-year-old man driving a Mercedes received a 300-zloty fine and 5 penalty points for parking and stopping within an intersection, while a 51-year-old man parked by the bus bay, driving a Citroën, turned out to be a driver without a license, so the officers submitted a motion to the court for punishment.

Officers:

When getting behind the wheel of a vehicle, we must remember that where traffic takes place, there is no room for play. We are responsible not only for ourselves, but also for other travelers who may suffer because of our mistake. To minimize the danger, regulations were created that clearly and explicitly indicate how roads should be used. They certainly leave no room for drifting or other “stunt” driving techniques. Special tracks are intended for this kind of driving, where it will not endanger other road users.
