On Friday evening, emergency services, including firefighters, were dispatched to search for a 33-year-old man from Złotoryja. As reported by Złotoryja 112:
The search area was the site of the former “Wilcza Góra” quarry.
It added:
As a result of the search, a man’s body was found in the excavation area of a disused mine.
The police and prosecutor’s office are determining the cause of the tragedy. An autopsy is expected to clarify all doubts.
